In the residential sector, Lynn and Kenny Horton and their companies have worked on over 5 million sq. ft. of housing on the East Coast. The most recent being The Residences at 66 High Street in Guilford, CT. This 56-unit condominium project has won over 10 awards from Home Building Industry Awards (HOBI) including “Project of the Year” in 2016.
In the commercial sector, we have actively built, rebuilt, or renovated in the office, industrial, retail, and apartment sectors. Our expertise includes acquiring stabilized properties, renovations, and new development, with an emphasis on high-quality sustainable practices and products. Lynn Horton is the CEO of Horton Group LLC, a full-service construction and maintenance company founded in 2000 and headquartered in Madison, Connecticut. Mrs. Horton is directly responsible for all company operations including estimating, contracting, planning, maintenance and construction. In addition, Lynn oversees business development, marketing strategies and human resources business.
Kenny Horton founded the Horton Group in 2000. As President, he currently oversees the sourcing and execution of Horton Group’s real estate investments. His innovative approach has made Horton Group one of New England’s most awarded developers.
Kenny provides Horton Group with expertise in land acquisition, zoning, development, construction, and leasing. In addition to Horton Group, Kenny also serves as the President and CEO of Pasquariello Electric, a firm that has provided electrical contracting services throughout the east coast since 1919.
Kenny enjoys fishing, biking, and spending time with his wife Lynn and his three sons KC, Matt, and Kyle.
Bruno Riga Jr. serves as the Vice President of Operations at Horton Group. He oversees construction management, business development, and maintains client relationships. As the head of operations, Bruno has had a large influence on Horton Group’s extensive growth and top reputation.
Bruno has been with Horton Group since its inception in 2000. Previously, he held an executive position for Horton Group’s subsidiary company, Pasquariello Electric Corporation, which he joined in 1992.
Bruno resides in Guilford, Connecticut with his wife Renee and children Eva, Nick & Alex. He enjoys spending time with his family and attending his children’s sporting events.
Bill Belenardo is the Controller for Horton Group. Bill is a Connecticut CPA with over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. Bill is responsible for reporting and financial statement preparation for the company and its related entities. He works closely with the company’s accountants, legal counsel and bank representatives to ensure compliance with government and other regulatory reporting requirements. Bill is a long standing member of both the AICPA and CSCPA and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from Bryant University. Bill donates a significant amount of his time to the Sarah Foundation in Guilford, CT where he resides with his family.
Junior Woods oversees Horton Group’s commercial construction accounts by managing hundreds of projects per year.
Junior joined Horton Group team in 2004 after working for an affiliate company. He has an extensive background in mechanical engineering which has allowed him to excel in project management.
Junior enjoys building NASCAR modified style race cars as a hobby. He also enjoys boating and playing golf whenever his schedule allows.
VP OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Earl oversees contract administration and procurement at Horton Group. He also interacts with real estate clients on residential purchases.
Earl joined Horton Group in early 2012 after 15 years managing the Yale University Facilities Procurement organization. Earl has an extensive background in negotiating major service and construction contracts as well as sourcing materials for all construction projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Quinnipiac University and is a certified Notary Public.
Earl enjoys spending time with his family and antiquing.
VP OF PROCUREMENT
As a Property Manager with Horton Group LLC, Andrea provides a high level of support while overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial real estate properties. She works to ensure every resident, client, vendor, and contractor has the best possible experience with each property she manages.
Andrea got her start in the industry by leasing flexible office space. Since then, she gained over 17 years of experience managing both residential and commercial properties before joining Horton Group LLC in 2021. Her professional expertise is paired with a Business Administration Degree in Management and Marketing and her CAM License.
Andrea lives on the Connecticut shoreline and enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Jason has two decades of experience in the real estate industry constructing residential and commercial developments. He provides expertise managing high-end condominium, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. As a senior project manager, Jason strives for best work ethic and team collaboration while ensuring top performance and morale. His communication and client service skills have helped Horton Group achieve various firm-wide goals.
Jason began his career as an electrical apprentice for Horton Group’s affiliate, Pasquariello Electric. After holding multiple positions there, including a role as a master electrician (E2), he joined Horton Group as an assistant project manager. During his tenure, Jason has been exposed to both union and open shop environments and has gained a vast understanding of the construction process.
Jason currently resides on the Connecticut shoreline and has been happily married for 10 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and coaching his two children in hockey and baseball.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Matt Ritchie is a Project Manager for Horton Group LLC. Matt manages commercial construction projects throughout New England striving to complete each one of his projects through quality workmanship and with the highest level of professionalism. Matt also aims to provide exceptional service to all Horton Group customers through his excellent communication and client service skills.
Matt joined Horton Group LLC in 2011 after obtaining a B.S. Degree from Sacred Heart University and a M.S. degree from the University of New Haven. His background allows him to excel in his current role and Matt is able to apply his education and experiences to his every day and overall management of construction projects.
Matt resides on the Connecticut shoreline with his wife, his son Charlie and their two dogs Brady & Dutton. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.
Myles is a project manager at Horton Group LLC. His responsibilities mainly include planning, coordination and execution of construction renovations from start to finish.
Myles has been with Horton Group LLC since 2019. He graduated from Southern CT University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and has an extensive background in residential construction with his family’s businesses. Myles grew up in Wallingford, CT and enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Jonathan joined Horton Group LLC team in the summer of 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager. Jonathan has a diverse background in construction, property management, and real estate sales. He is committed to bringing his expertise to every project he manages for our clients. His experience in residential construction and property management has equipped him with a keen eye for detail, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction process.
Jonathan earned his degree in business management from the University of New Haven and maintains a CT Real Estate Salesperson license. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys golfing and challenging himself to continually improve on the course.
Patrick is responsible for the administration, resource planning and dispatching of Horton Group LLC’s service maintenance program ensuring all service requests are completed in a timely, safe and quality manor. Patrick also assists with contract administration for major projects.
Patrick has been working with Horton Group LLC since 2016 after working with a residential general contractor for a number of years. He attended Southern Connecticut State University and is a certified Notary Public.
Patrick is a computer hobbyist and enjoys hiking with his dogs.
